Requirements

• 8+ years of HR or ER experience, with 3+ years in performance management.
• Excellent judgement in handling employee relations matters.
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in working autonomously and collaboratively.
• Agile and resilient in changing environments.
• Experience in virtual-first settings.
• Proficiency in Spanish is desired.
