Overview

The Production Support Engineer will join the Site Reliability Team at Rover, responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of the Rover platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a developer support engineer or technical support experience.
• Ability to interpret code and query databases.
• Experience with automation and scripting.
• Bonus: Experience with Python, Django, MySQL, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Bonus: Familiarity with observability tools like Splunk, Sentry, Datadog.
