Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Rossum, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve success by leveraging our state-of-the-art AI and intuitive user interface to eliminate unnecessary paperwork and streamline their workflows.

In Short

  • Be customers' main technical contact throughout their contract.
  • Responsible for project management of complex customer projects.
  • Cooperate with Customer Experience and Sales organizations.
  • Consult with the Rossum product team for continuous improvement.
  • Senior TAMs should be able to do basic scripting in Python.
  • Enjoy working with customers and exceeding their expectations.
  • Deliver clear, structured, and convincing presentations.
  • Frame difficult problems for easier analysis.
  • Foster UX sensitivity to simplify workflows.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on technical background.

Requirements

  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • Hands-on technical background.
  • Experience with SaaS products.
  • Ability to communicate designs and ideas clearly.
  • Enjoy project management and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Honest and data-driven opinions.
  • Experience with API, integration, configuration, and customization.
