Overview

As VP of Revenue Operations at Roofr, you will architect and operate the systems, processes, and insights that power our go-to-market engine, working cross-functionally to drive revenue and enable peak performance across teams.

In Short

  • Partner with GTM leadership to define and operationalize revenue strategy.
  • Align teams around shared goals and processes to ensure predictable growth.
  • Lead revenue planning including headcount modeling and quota setting.
  • Build scalable processes across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Own the GTM tech stack and ensure clean data governance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for revenue insights and reporting.
  • Establish the RevOps org’s long-term vision aligned with company growth.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
  • Lead change-management initiatives across GTM teams.
  • Passion for enabling revenue teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations or Business Operations, with 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Extensive B2B SaaS experience in a growth-stage startup.
  • Proven track record in building revenue operations functions.
  • Strong analytical skills in forecasting and data visualization.
  • Hands-on experience with leading GTM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
  • A builder’s mindset for solving complex problems.
