In Short

  • Facilitate positive user experiences for veterinarians, hospitals, and technicians.
  • Be a point-of-contact for customer inquiries through various support channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues raised by users.
  • Document and share key learnings with the team.
  • Maintain Hubspot for client communications and support tickets.
  • Coordinate with other departments for issue resolution.
  • Work during client support hours, including weekends.
  • Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Flexible and agile in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in client/customer support.
  • Experience in the veterinary healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proactive and organized in communications.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools/software.
  • Timely and efficient in task completion.
  • Driven to improve processes and communication.
