  • Address and resolve order-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or order management preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with business systems and tools (ERP experience a plus).
  • Manufacturing or distribution background is helpful.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
