Overview

The Client Support Specialist at Agro Accounting CPA is responsible for providing excellent customer service through active listening and professional communication to identify root causes of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years college required
• Two years business experience required
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Basic knowledge of logistics and compliance
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
