The Account Executive at Rockerbox plays a crucial role in driving company growth by closing new business, re-engaging past prospects, and building long-term customer relationships. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, contribute to shaping sales processes, and collaborate with various teams to ensure customer success.

  • Take ownership of your work and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales as an account executive.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling deals upwards of $150,000 ARR.
  • Knowledge of adtech, martech, and marketing measurement.
  • Experience with complex sales processes.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and explain complex concepts.
  • Team-first mindset.

  • Base salary + commission plan (50-50 OTE split).
  • OTE expected to be $240,000 - $300,000, with uncapped commission.
