In Short

• Responsible for administration and provisioning of Windows frontend workstations in a virtualized environment.
• Manage proactive capacity and performance of the environment.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, including troubleshooting and root cause analyses.
• Identify technological advancements to optimize customer experience.
• Oversee inventory management and software distribution.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between client management and IT infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Technical degree or comparable education.
• Strong knowledge of Windows workstations/servers, especially in virtual apps and desktop environments, Citrix.
• Basic knowledge of related technologies (e.g., virtualization, networking, file services, print services, desktop security, authorization) is a plus.
• Hands-on mentality with experience in administering productive IT system landscapes.
• Innovative thinking, problem-solving creativity, and clear communication skills.
• Good command of German and English.
