IT Cloud Services Administrator - Endpoint Management - Remote

Overview

The IT Cloud Services Administrator - Endpoint Management will be instrumental in the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our endpoint management environment, leveraging tools like Jamf, Intune, and other MDM, EPM relevant technologies.

In Short

• Deploy, configure, and manage software updates, patches, and security policies across all endpoints.
• Automate endpoint management tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated endpoint related issues.
• Monitor endpoint performance and security, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest endpoint management trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation for leading response efforts during high priority incidents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cloud services administration, with a focus on endpoint management.
• Proven experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf).
• Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices.
• Experience with PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Familiarity with security principles and data protection across all cloud services.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
