Identity and Access Management Expert / IT Cloud Administrator - Remote

Overview

As an Identity and Access Management Expert, you will be responsible for the secure and efficient management of identities, access rights, and enterprise applications in Entra ID, ensuring smooth processes and a scalable IT infrastructure.

In Short

• Be part of an experienced IT team responsible for Entra ID configuration.
• Design and manage a scalable IAM, PAM, SSO, and SCIM architecture.
• Oversee user and group management, conditional access policies, and automations.
• Take technical ownership of selected SaaS applications and optimize their integration.
• Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
• Support the internal IT helpdesk and efficiently resolve support requests.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding as well as MDM configuration (Windows & Mac).

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT administration or IAM, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Solid knowledge in Identity & Access Management, preferably with Entra ID.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC2: understanding and technical implementation of requirements.
• Analytical and structured working style to simplify and scale complex IT processes.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Passion for cloud technologies and motivation for continuous development.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, regularly on-site in Stuttgart (2-3 days a week).
