Overview

The Client Services Administrator will manage broker communications, billing, and relationships, providing operational support to ensure a best-in-class experience for brokers.

In Short

  • Manage BrokerForce Mailbox and communications.
  • Handle monthly billing and invoicing for brokers.
  • Develop and maintain strong broker relationships.
  • Manage broker onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct broker profiling and maintain a database.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership.
  • Facilitate broker requests and training opportunities.
  • Work with operations to convert brokers to onboarded status.
  • Ensure a best-in-class experience for brokers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years of experience in Administration and Client Services.
  • Proficiency in reporting and project tools.
  • Intermediate English communication skills.
  • Experience in financial institutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge in business or systems analysis is a plus.
