For the establishment of a Shared Services Center, we are looking for a Finance Director Region North (m/f/d) for the location Berlin.

In Short

• Build a Shared Service Center (SSC) for the four locations in the North region and implement it to establish efficient and scalable financial processes.
• Create a flexible financial structure that allows seamless integration of new locations ("Plug & Play" approach).
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of about 20 people that works successfully across locations and remotely.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure solvency and work closely with the Finance Director on the financial strategy of the region aligned with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or a commercial vocational training and professional-specific further education such as a certified accountant.
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the hospital environment or a comparable healthcare institution.
• As an experienced leader, you bring the necessary enthusiasm to build and establish the Shared Service Center with your team.
• Experience in SAP FI and a secure handling of MS Office/Excel are a must.
• Negotiation-level German language skills, very good analytical skills, and a high degree of assertiveness and enthusiasm are required.
