In Short

• Responsible for group financial statements and the further development of group reporting.
• Lead a team of five experts and manage collaboration with various departments.
• Ensure optimal collaboration with internal and external interfaces.
• Develop central guidelines for decentralized accounting and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Oversee tax matters and ensure timely submission of tax declarations.
• Initiate and define processes for new group requirements.

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics or a commercial apprenticeship with further training.
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• Experienced leader with enthusiasm for establishing financial processes.
• Fluent in German with strong analytical skills.
