Overview

Our client is part of an internationally established healthcare group with established locations in Germany. The company combines medical expertise with economic solidity and operates specialized care centers in ophthalmology, orthopedics, dermatology, and aesthetics. High treatment quality, a clearly defined growth strategy, and the involvement of a private equity investor characterize the sustainable development concept. As part of the structural development of a central corporate unit, we are looking for an experienced controller for the Hamburg area as soon as possible. The corporate culture is internationally oriented, dynamic, and characterized by entrepreneurial spirit.

In Short

• You will be responsible for the operational and strategic controlling of the location.
• You will create business cases, variance analyses, and data-driven recommendations for operational management.
• You will create and support forecasts, budgets, and monthly/annual financial statements.
• You will develop dashboards and existing controlling tools and use modern tools like Power BI for visualization.
• You will prepare presentations of decision-relevant reports and key figures for management and accompany strategic initiatives.
• You will work closely with management, operational units, and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• You have a completed degree with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, auditing, M&A, or transaction consulting.
• You think entrepreneurially, are team-oriented, and possess analytical and conceptual strengths combined with a high affinity for numbers.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured working style complete your profile.
• You communicate confidently in German and English – both analytically and solution-oriented.
• Ideally, you have initial knowledge of the healthcare sector, dashboarding (e.g., Power BI), or corporate development.
