Director of Finance – Americas Region - Remote

Overview

The Finance Director – Americas Region has direct responsibility for the regional Finance function, inspiring, motivating and leading this small team to deliver business partnership, decision-support, a strong control environment and quality management and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Qualified CPA with knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience as a divisional FD or Group FC.
• Strong commercial orientation and strategic insight.
• Strong analytical and data insight skills.
• Familiarity with general ledger and financial reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on, engaged style focused on deliverables.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic culture.
• Experience in B2B services sectors preferred.
• Credibility with auditors and stakeholders.
