Requirements

• Knowledge of meat cutting and processing methods.
• Experience with product development and process optimization.
• Familiarity with industry certifications like HACCP and SQF.
• Ability to work with large-scale meat processing equipment.
• Previous customer-facing or technical service experience.
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish and/or German is a plus.
