Marketing & Product Analytics Team Lead - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing and Product Analytics Lead to unlock insights across the entire customer journey - from first click to booking and beyond. You’ll work closely with our Product and Marketing departments to understand how users reach and interact with our website, identify drop-offs, and uncover opportunities to improve engagement and increase conversion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data/analytics roles.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Strong communicator with stakeholder alignment skills.
• Hands-on experience in SQL.
• Expert in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Knowledge of attribution and marketing mix modeling.
• Experience with Looker, Power BI, and Metabase.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics.
