Requirements

• First experience in an IT-related role.
• Familiarity with Jira for service ticket management.
• Confident using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Knowledge of the open-source ticket system Zammad is a plus.
• Solution-oriented working style and team-player mindset.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of IT security is a bonus.
