Overview

TransferMate is seeking a Junior Tech Support to assist WEB/application developers and coordinate technical requests from Marketing/Management staff.

In Short

• Coordinate projects with designers and developers.
• Consult on requirements for design/web/database development requests.
• Manage data flows between database and website systems.
• Organize and log all requests related to design and database changes.
• Track projects and ensure timely completion.
• Organize documentation processes and operating procedures.
• Review data communication processes for optimization.
• Manage admin requests and database access rights.
• Test the validity and logic of new components.
• Educate staff on new/upgraded systems.
