Manager – Implementation (HighRadius) - Remote

Overview

Riveron is looking for a Manager – HighRadius Technical Implementation to lead enterprise-grade SaaS projects and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

In Short

• Lead and manage full-cycle implementation projects for HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications.
• Define and own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customers.
• Drive delivery across all phases: Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Understand client business processes and map them to product functionalities.
• Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
• Oversee technical configuration of functional modules.
• Perform root cause analysis for service request failures.
• Maintain project governance through issue logs and risk management.
• Collaborate with functional leads and technical teams.
• Provide guidance on technology and project approaches.

Requirements

• 6–10 years in SaaS implementation or functional consulting.
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS configuration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Preferred: Certifications in HighRadius modules.
• Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM.
