Associate - Legal Operations - Remote

Overview

Riveron is seeking a Legal Operations Associate in India to support the day-to-day execution of its internal legal and compliance processes.

In Short

• Support the execution of legal and compliance processes.
• Work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and other legal team members.
• Drive operational discipline across various legal workflows.
• Help scale the legal team efficiently.
• Coordinate legal intake and routing processes.
• Administer contract workflows and maintain legal templates.
• Support compliance related requests such as KYC and due diligence.
• Maintain corporate records and legal entity information.
• Track outside counsel matters and assist with litigation administration.
• Evaluate and improve legal processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal or compliance certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in legal operations or related roles.
• Experience supporting an in-house legal team or law firm preferred.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and compliance tracking.
• Strong project management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information professionally.
• Ability to create clear documentation and improve processes.
