Overview

We are looking for a highly resourceful and ambitious Legal Operations Associate to join our lean, fast-paced legal team. This isn't a traditional "administrative" legal role. We are looking for someone with a product-focused mindset who doesn't just follow a process but seeks to automate and scale it.

In Short

• Own Entity Compliance, managing corporate entities in good standing across the US and Canada.
• Protect the Brand by monitoring intellectual property and drafting cease-and-desist workflows.
• Investigate complex consumer escalations and spearhead compliance training initiatives.
• Drive product and process improvements by partnering with Engineering and Product teams.
• Run compliance audits and monitor key risk areas.
• Automate legal processes using AI and low-code tools.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program.
• A proven track record of resourcefulness and ownership.
• Interest in using AI/technology to optimize workflows.
• Impeccable attention to detail in regulatory filings and audits.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and operates with urgency.
