Overview

We are looking for a highly resourceful and ambitious Legal Operations Associate to join our lean, fast-paced legal team. This isn't a traditional "administrative" legal role. We are looking for someone with a product-focused mindset who doesn't just follow a process but seeks to automate and scale it.

In Short

• Own Entity Compliance across the US and Canada.
• Monitor intellectual property presence and draft cease-and-desist workflows.
• Investigate complex consumer escalations and pitch strategic solutions.
• Drive product and process improvements with Engineering and Product teams.
• Lead compliance audits and monitor key risk areas.
• Use AI and low-code tools to automate legal workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program.
• Proven track record of resourcefulness and ownership.
• Interest in using AI/technology to optimize workflows.
• Impeccable attention to detail for regulatory filings.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and urgency in a high-performance environment.
