Operations Analyst (Legal & Compliance) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly resourceful and ambitious Operations Analyst to join our lean, fast-paced legal team. This isn't a traditional "administrative" legal role. We are looking for someone with a product-focused mindset who doesn't just follow a process but seeks to automate and scale it.

In Short

• Own Entity Compliance and ensure corporate entities are in "Good Standing".
• Monitor intellectual property and manage cease-and-desist workflows.
• Investigate consumer escalations and spearhead compliance training initiatives.
• Review product and process for compliance and implement improvements.
• Lead compliance audits and monitor key risk areas.
• Utilize AI and low-code tools for automating legal workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program.
• Proven track record of resourcefulness and problem-solving.
• Interest in using AI/technology to optimize workflows.
• Impeccable attention to detail in regulatory filings.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a sense of urgency.
