Overview

The Compliance-Legal Operations Analyst will review user transaction documents, assist with compliance-related tasks, and support account management teams in addressing legal and compliance issues.

• Review user transaction documents and support legal and compliance issues.
• Assist in compliance Due Diligence and KYC/AML-related tasks.
• Review marketing materials for compliance with guidelines.

• Assist with regulatory inquiries from FINRA and SEC.

• Pass FINRA SIE + S82 + S24 exams within the first year.

Requirements

• Degree in law or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate law or compliance roles.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Systems thinker with efficiency evaluation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
• Flexibility, patience, and a team spirit attitude.
