Overview

RIVA is seeking a Technical Lead that specializes in Full-Stack Development and is responsible for understanding the Listing and Mapping Application as a whole, providing technical direction while serving as the system's lead developer, and fulfilling the full-stack role.

In Short

Full-time position with remote work and occasional on-site requirements in Suitland, MD.
Requires 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong skills in .NET, Oracle, and SQLite are essential.
Technical leadership and effective communication skills are necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience with C# .NET Core Framework.
Expert knowledge of tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Jira.
Experience in both Windows and Unix environments.
