Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Compliance Analyst, you will ensure that our internal processes and policies meet regulatory, ethical, and company-specific standards, working closely with leadership and employees to safeguard our organization’s integrity and reputation.

• Draft, update, and implement internal policies and procedures for compliance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with Web3, financial services, and AI.
• Experience in developing employee training programs.
• Proficiency in compliance management software.
