Overview

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you are directly responsible for providing technical and subject matter expertise to the Global Sales Team. You play a key role in winning new Rithum business with industry-leading retail and brand clients.

In Short

  • Generation of new revenue with new and existing accounts.
  • Support the solutions discovery process for retailer and brand solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Evaluate client’s business goals and recommend effective strategies.
  • Generate ROI analyses and respond to RFI’s and RFP’s.
  • Communicate market feedback to product management.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally for strategic handoff to service teams.
  • Proven track record supporting presales engagements.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and industry knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of presales experience in enterprise software.
  • Driven and technology-proficient professional.
  • Hands-on experience with six-figure contracts.
  • Understanding of retail and e-commerce challenges.
  • Knowledge of retail partner ecosystem.
