HR/Recruiter - Remote

Overview

The HR/Recruiter position involves managing the full recruitment process and providing payroll support, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Manage the full recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in monitoring attendance, leaves, and other HR-related reports.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Accounting for salary adjustments and deductions.
• Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and HR/payroll systems is required.
• Must be based in Bulacan or Caloocan and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
