Overview

The Remote Monitoring Assistant is responsible for overseeing CCTV surveillance, identifying anomalies, and reporting incidents in real time to ensure security in warehouse areas.

In Short

• Monitor 60 CCTV cameras remotely.
• Identify and report anomalies or suspicious activities.
• Submit hourly reports via WhatsApp and email.
• Escalate critical security concerns immediately.
• Maintain detailed logs of incidents and activities.
• Assist with security protocol updates and system checks.
• Work full-time, 7 days a week during evening hours (PST).
• Ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Proactive and self-motivated in monitoring tasks.
• Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
