The Remote Accounting Assistant will support Mondosol in managing financial transactions and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge of vacation rental market and tax regulations.
• Availability during weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical aptitude for new technologies.
• Experience with Wave Bookkeeping System.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for accuracy and detail.
• Experience with Insightly and cashflow.
• Stable internet connection.
