Overview

We are looking for a professional, qualified and enthusiastic individual to take up a full-time position of an Administrator, Office Management to support our well established team in Brazil.

In Short

  • Primary contact person for accounting and administrative matters for Employees in Brazil
  • Prepare Accounts Payable list to be booked by external accountants according to corporate/group reporting rules
  • Enter payments in banking website and coordinate bank approval
  • Send remittances/proof of payments to vendors and employees
  • Cash planning; reconcile monthly bank statement and manage corporate credit cards
  • Prepare monthly G&A accruals; monthly General Ledger reconciliations
  • Accounting matters and corporate/group reporting rules; and annual budget process as requested

Requirements

  • Full working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese
  • Intermediate English
  • Previous basic accounting and administrative experience is a must
  • Previous experience in an international environment is desired
  • Bachelor degree or in process education in Finance or Accounting is a must
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work with varied tasks/responsibilities
  • Problem-solving, ability to take initiative and act proactively
  • Discreet, trustworthy and able to manage confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
