To help us realize this mission, Riipen is looking for a Manager/Senior Manager, Employer Sales to bring on new employers to provide these meaningful project opportunities to learners - opportunities that will give them the experience and industry exposure they need to find jobs they love!

In Short

  • Lead and coach the Employer Acquisition team.
  • Prospect, nurture, and convert leads into engaged employers.
  • Oversee workflow automation and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Retention team for seamless employer engagement.
  • Experience as both an individual contributor and sales team leader.
  • Work in a dynamic, highly-collaborative environment.
  • Fully remote position open to candidates in Canada.
  • Compensation includes variable compensation.
  • 4 weeks of annual vacation and paid sick leave.
  • Learning & Development Stipend after 6 months.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally selling SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience as a sales leader.
  • Comfortable in a player-coach role.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
