Overview

Riipen is looking for an Experience Manager to join our Partner Solutions Team, focusing on the success of various applied-learning offerings.

In Short

  • Own the success of a portfolio of Riipen experiences.
  • Build consultative relationships with partners.
  • Deliver end-to-end facilitation for learning experiences.
  • Monitor experience health and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Champion partner feedback to improve services.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years in a client/customer-facing role required.
  • Experience with HubSpot and G-Suite is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability needed.
  • Remote work opportunity available anywhere in Canada.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a client/customer-facing role (account management, customer success, sales, etc.);
  • Some experience in client consultation/facilitation;
  • Ability to deliver exceptional results on demanding timelines;
  • Process and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt as the landscape evolves.
