Overview

The National Organizer of Capital Strategies will oversee the lending process for the Right to the City Designated Capital Pooled Fund, guiding member organizations in accessing capital for community-controlled projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in organizing and campaign development.
  • Experience with financial documents and business plans.
  • Knowledge of CLTs and housing co-ops.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with housing justice issues.
  • Proficient in common computer applications.
  • Access to reliable internet and remote office setup.
  • Driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to write and speak a second language is a plus.
