Overview

The Director of Finance will lead the financial strategy and oversight for the Right to the City Alliance's back office entity, ensuring sustainable growth and effective financial management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in finance, with 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a non-profit financial environment.
• Strong GAAP accounting expertise.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
