Overview

The National Organizer will play a critical role in the Homes for All Campaign, focusing on winning rent control and social housing at the state and local level.

• Lead and facilitate national member spaces for campaign strategy.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of organizing experience in housing or aligned justice movements.
• Experience in leading campaign strategy development.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-site organizing efforts.
• Strong power analysis and escalation strategy skills.
• Experience in analyzing housing policy and corporate strategies.
• Deep commitment to racial justice and grassroots democracy.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
• Strong written communication and synthesis skills.
• Ability to navigate conflict and principled struggle.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
