Overview

The National Organizer of Electoral Strategy plays a critical role in advancing the electoral campaigns and political strategy of RTTC-A. This position is responsible for recruiting and supporting member organizations, managing grant programs, ensuring compliance with electoral regulations, and leading GOTV efforts. They oversee electoral interventions, provide training and resources, and develop strategic initiatives to strengthen organizational infrastructure.

Additionally, the National Organizer facilitates meetings, supports communications, and collaborates with leadership to implement electoral strategies across the alliance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive impactful political engagement and advocacy efforts.

In Short

• Engage with member organizations through meetings and surveys.
• Develop a comprehensive campaign map for electoral activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GOTV and electoral campaigns.
• 2+ years of team leadership and training development experience.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Drivers license and auto insurance.
• Experience in grassroots organizing and housing justice.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
• 1+ years in grant development and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in multi-racial, multicultural settings.
• Knowledge of common computer applications.
