Overview

As Ribbon’s first BDR, you’ll own the top of funnel from hunting ideal accounts to booking high impact demos, ensuring our GTM engine is always fueled.

In Short

  • Own your territory pipeline by mapping target accounts and building contact lists.
  • Book qualified meetings and exceed monthly demo targets.
  • Experiment with A/B testing and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Master the Ribbon story and articulate ROI effectively.
  • Document winning playbooks for future BDRs.
  • Relay prospect pain points to senior teams to inform product development.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of outbound sales or BDR/SDR experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Data-savvy with experience using sales tools and tracking deals.
  • Ability to learn quickly and iterate based on feedback.
  • Proactive and organized, capable of managing high-volume outreach.
  • High energy and resilience in the face of setbacks.
  • Bonus for experience selling to HR stakeholders.
