Territory Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

Our client, a leading packaging company, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team and manage their Mid-West territory. In this role, you will drive sales growth by providing packaging solutions to suppliers within the Mid-West territory.

In Short

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Mid-West region
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Attend industry trade shows and events to network and generate leads
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience required
• 3+ years of Business development (hunting for new clients) experience required
• 3+ years of Packaging Industry Sales experience required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets required
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills required
• Willingness to travel within the territory 4-6 days per month required
