Area Manager - Remote

Overview

The Area Manager is responsible for developing and coaching their team while ensuring the profitable and safe functioning of the area branch locations.

In Short

• Develop and manage personnel activities including recruiting and training.
• Monitor business performance and financial data of area branches.
• Establish relationships with key customers.
• Evaluate policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Build marketing plans and supplier engagement programs.
• Lead external digital strategy for customer engagement.
• Ensure sales effectiveness through coaching and management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Ability to manage P&Ls and develop sales strategies.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
