• Develop and manage relationships with leather technology companies in Southeast Asia.
• Forecast and set annual sales quotas in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Manage multiple customer accounts and ensure their needs are met.
• Conduct market research to identify and leverage new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver actionable reports for marketing planning.
• Create and execute individual action plans for key customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and economic indicators.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Technologies or related fields.
• 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the chemical or leather technology industry.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the leather industry and related business practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel extensively as required.
