Project Manager II - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager II is responsible for managing moderate complexity project business by placing orders, tracking shipments, and billing the customer correctly while maintaining clear communication with customers and stakeholders.

• Manage all aspects of moderate profile/complex projects.
• Communicate with customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure accuracy of Purchase Orders and terms.
• Work with sales and vendors for margin optimization.
• Coordinate pricing, orders, and account management.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates.
• Manage delivery schedules and product quality.
• Provide timely price quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate documentation requirements for projects.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or customer service.
• Experience in the electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the business.
