In Short

• Overall direction, management, quality control and completion of project deliverables.
• Helping craft overall pilot vision, direction, execution, and completion of program deliverables.
• Facilitating new pilot launch and managing multiple projects and bringing them to conclusion.
• Communicating program and market progress to management, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Interacting with customers, clients, and external collaborators.
• Conducting market research and data analysis.
• Developing and managing complex project budgets and tasks with minimal oversight.
• Tracking industry trends and other market changes that impact energy efficiency.
• Organizing and facilitating in-person meetings, conference calls, and facilitated collaboration sessions.
• Conducting program stakeholder meetings, capture escalations, and proactively resolve potential issues.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with an energy focus, preference being towards engineering, environmental science or business.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience (graduate school years applicable).
• A minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Familiarity with industry related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct large, collaborative, facilitated sessions.
• Strong technical writing, data analysis, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage tactical and strategic tasks.
• Strong client communication and client relationship management skills.
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote).
• Ability to work, drive, and thrive juggling many activities and communications.

• Compensation to commensurate with experience with the pay band of $79,000 - $92,000.
