Revenue Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Revenue Manager, you’ll work closely with franchise clients to deliver data-driven insights and actionable pricing and business recommendations that drive profitability.

In Short

• Manage franchise accounts and establish strong relationships with key corporate client contacts
• Create reports, presentations, and analyses
• Present insights and recommendations to key corporate client contacts and franchisees
• Regularly meet with franchisees in Italy to ensure they grasp and adhere to proposed revenue management strategies
• Work with the European Consulting Services team
• Report to the Director of Consulting Services
• Encourage professional growth and collaboration
• Use RMS methodologies for analysis
• Drive profitability through actionable recommendations
• Willingness to travel as needed

Requirements

• Native or Full professional proficiency in English, French, and German
• 3 + years’ experience in the hospitality or retail industry
• Experience in account management, franchise relations, business development, operations, or training
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in key account management, consulting, analytics, or revenue management (preferred)
