In Short

  • Lead a team of high-performing Technical Account Managers (TAMs).
  • Drive customer success, adoption, and retention in strategic segments.
  • Foster relationships with key accounts and enable technical excellence.
  • Define strategic playbooks and best practices across the TAM organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and marketing.
  • Establish performance metrics and ensure team delivers on objectives.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical customer issues.
  • Develop tailored account strategies with TAMs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for team success.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer retention and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Customer Success or related fields, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with enterprise-level customers in a consulting capacity.
  • Proven track record in driving customer success in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Technical aptitude in enterprise software development and APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
