Overview

The Customer Success Manager will act as the primary post-sales owner of the customer relationship, ensuring successful onboarding, support, and value derivation from RetailNext solutions.

In Short

  • Own end-to-end customer onboarding including product training and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues through coordination.
  • Monitor customer health and drive product adoption.
  • Engage with customers showing declining usage.
  • Track product usage and engagement trends.
  • Monitor infrastructure health and initiate fixes.
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Work independently while managing priorities.
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve them.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a B2B SaaS customer success or account management role.
  • Professional proficiency in French.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
