Overview

As a Business Development Manager at ResultsLab, you will play a crucial role in taking ResultsLab to the next level of growth by identifying new Nonprofit and Grantmaker partners.

In Short

  • Identify new nonprofit, philanthropic, and government grantmaking partners.
  • Cultivate relationships, building advocacy with leaders in the social sector.
  • Drive conversations with key stakeholders and explore business partnership opportunities.
  • Manage the inbound lead flow and pipeline management of leads and opportunities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build relationships and close sales.
  • Use strong communication skills, ensuring clients and teammates are treated with professionalism.
  • Participate in outbound lead generation efforts aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Foster a team-player mentality and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach to targeted prospects and effectively follow up on leads.
  • Manage the end-to-end business development cycle from qualification to proposal to closure.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a position securing strategic conversations with executive leadership.
  • Experience networking, connecting, and collaborating with Grantmakers and Nonprofits.
  • Strong follow-up skills to drive new partnerships.
  • Comfortable being an independent contributor in a remote work environment.
  • Strong communicator who can manage many projects simultaneously.
  • Skills in CRM and Microsoft Office (HubSpot and LinkedIn Navigator preferred).
  • Ability to navigate challenges in a growth stage company.
  • High energy that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Self-starter with a competitive nature and commitment to team success.
  • Ability to listen, ask insightful questions, and be a thought partner.

  • Base Pay: $90,000-$130,000 annually.
