We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Managed Service Provider (MSP) Automation Engineer to join our team. This role is critical to driving operational and service efficiency by leveraging data, business analysis, and cutting-edge tools to design, build, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency with RPA tools like Power Automate and Rewst.
• Strong understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Rest APIs and integration protocols.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
